Mount View  is nestled in the stunning surrounds of the Brokenback Range in the Hunter Valley, bordering Pokolbin to the south and  just 2 hours from Sydney CBD and less than 1 hour from Newcastle Airport and the Central Coast.

The acclaimed Hunter Valley boutique wineries along Mount View Road have again been awarded 5 stars by James Halliday in his 2011 edition of the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion.

There are two alfresco dining options - Bistro Molines at Tallavera Grove Vineyard (awarded SMH Chefs Hat 2010, 2011 & 2012) operated by legendary Hunter duo Robert and Sally Molines, and casual day time eatery, Briar Grillade at Briar Ridge Vineyard.

There is an eclectic mix of family owned Hunter Valley accommodation in self contained  luxury villas, country cottages and refurbished farm houses that have panoramic views, spas for two or more with cosy log fires in winter.
